Great Combination of Dish Products! The bowl is not replaced, said it was a remote control. I ordered this in anticipation of their poor service and they fixed the problem!

The product came once but I tried to improve the remote control reception from one room to another and it didn't work any better than the original antenna. Maybe I just don't understand radio waves or electronics.

Good value product to replace easily broken, poorly designed and manufactured genuine DISH DVR parts. This replacement would not have been necessary if the original had been designed correctly from the start. Nice that it's easy and cheap to swap out.

It's just that the plastic used breaks very easily right where it connects, allowing you to move up and down. The original from the court did the same. You just need a different remote antenna concept. But. DISH wanted purchases over $10 to be unreasonable given that it was initially a rented bunker.

I ordered this UHF antenna because I needed the ALL part as shown in the picture. Our cat broke the plastic case or stick so I needed an antenna with a black plastic case as shown in the ad. What I got was just a wire antenna connector - no black plastic case attached. It was a waste of money because first of all we needed housing. There is no truth in advertising.

The plastic cover on our original 922 antenna fell off after years of use. So bought a new one to make sure the antenna is protected (it's just a thin wire inside). About half of the remote control buttons did NOT work on the replaceable antenna. As a result, he gave up and put his own broken one back. The remote control now works as it should. Do certain receivers, their antennas and remote controls require special pairing? Nothing of the sort is mentioned in the product description.
