Each bottle is scratched and yes I made sure it wasn't just dirt. Why were they put in the box in the first place? They also have a strange smell. Like in an old cellar. Update: Got a replacement and all the same. Every bottle is scratched. That's ridiculous.

I really liked the bottles and four of the six types of caps, but unfortunately two of the caps didn't fit the bottles and when I went to test them the oil splattered all over the kitchen. The only reason I'm not returning the product is that the other four caps work fine and there are only four vials.

One of the bottles had a long crack from the bottom corner to the neck. The shipping boxes were not damaged in any way. Reading other comments on quality control issues makes me feel like I'm part of this class. I was planning on using all four bottles but I think I'll only use three; I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning it.

I bought these to take up less space on the oil shelf than the original bottles. I first put plastic caps on our most commonly used oil because I figured a flip cap would hold the oil better. One of the two peaks was leaking. I traded it in for a metal lid with a hinged lid. He's a lot prettier. The bottles are good but all the caps are pretty cheaply made. I think that's what I get for the price.

- and I like it more. I bought my first one from a big store and it kept falling off. It was too expensive and I didn't like it. They are great and I have a selection of tops to go with them. Tops don't last forever, but they do last... I don't think something that doesn't require maintenance should last forever. It is great. Use them for a few years and then buy new ones... the glass is fine but the plastic covers will eventually need to be replaced.

I love stuff like that. They are inexpensive. The top does not leak and is made of thick, durable glass. It comes with a useful little funnel. I would have preferred the simpler style of tops with a little plastic cap, but that's just my preference. What would improve this would be if the correct labels were included. The supplied labels are black, so a white marker is required. Who thought of that? Then turn on the white mark. You must get those bottles!

These are good dispensers, arrived quickly and the bottles themselves look lovely. However, I was disappointed to find that there are several types of pourers - and it's not enough that all bottles are the same and look the same. It doesn't matter but I mainly use them for decoration and I feel like it just throws away the aesthetic. I also only received 5 instead of 6 spouts. Two spouts with a simple black lever mechanism are significantly smaller than the other four and these two are too small for bottles. The other four spouts fit and work well. This is puzzling due to the lack of quality control as the difference in size is clearly felt. I've asked for these two spouts to be replaced, but I'm not holding my breath. I think I'll find another use for the spouts that are too small. Everything else fits and works well and appears to be of decent quality for the price
