We've had previous soap dispensers with 'connected' bottles which we always seemed to fill. Good quality, easy installation. Replaced the unit with the screw top bottle on the bottom of the dispenser. Had to remove the rusty top of the dispenser every time I needed to refill the bottle, what a pain (easier than crawling under the sink, unscrewing the bottle, refilling, crawling back in and screwing back in). If the old one I had to remove behind the twin sink on the garbage disposal side had the same plastic wing nut as this one, I'd be done in less than 15 minutes. But it had a brass nut that had to be loosened in a hard-to-reach spot with water pump pliers.
