I have three of these, the inputs from a Thinkpad (Manjaro), a CalDigit Dock for MacBook (BigSur) and two desktops (Windows and Ubuntu) to three monitors (two Dell U2717D and one Dell U2721DE). The scroll lock light stays on regardless of the scroll lock button being toggled. The Num Lock display is toggled with the Num Lock key, but does NOT send numbers when you tap on the numeric keypad.

everytime i tried to switch between my computers while using this KVM (windows, linux, mac, whatever), my monitors would flicker for a few minutes, before finally giving a stable display. On the other hand, if I manually disconnect/reconnect the displayport, keyboard, and mouse between different computers, they would sync immediately. Simply moving cables by hand is many times faster than using this device.

So after trying this on 6 (yes, 6) different laptops and computers and 3 different types of monitors I had to admit that it's basically very expensive and some ugly paper pulp. The monitor blinks from time to time when you use it and it doesn't matter which port you use, it does the same thing on all of them. The USB interface sometimes lags on my keyboard and mouse, but the display ports are completely unusable. Finally I spent hours of my Saturday with this product that I will never return…

There were some color issues on first use but having seen it beforehand I tested the cable by removing and reinserting it which confirmed that the cable was the cause.
