I have a desktop connected to 4 screens that I use for programming and a laptop that I use for work. When using a laptop I want to use two screens from my desktop. This switch solved my problem, I can easily fit two screens to any car.

Worked fine for about a month. I noticed that my keyboard flickered a bit when switching from 2 to 1 and it took a few seconds to get close to 1. Today she has decided not to recognize them all together anymore. I've tried turning everything off and on again and now the second set just shows a display with no mouse or keyboard. Stay away.

I received and installed this new device yesterday. As you can clearly see in this video, we have a serious problem. My initial troubleshooting showed that the problem only happened with port A of the monitor. I swapped cables and all cables work fine. Works pretty well, I didn't bother with another (actually useless) remote control. Press button to change computer control and wait 3-10 seconds. (depending on the speed of your computer) and "boom" on another computer or laptop (docking station). I ended up doing a lot of research into why my windows don't stay where I placed them when I switch computers. It turns out that the DisplayPort specification requires sending a monitor-off signal. You absolutely must use HDMI if you don't want this problem. I was able to use other KVM and HDMI DisplayPort cables without any problems. If that's not your main concern, this is a fantastic KVM. Perfect for my setup. I wanted to connect my laptop to my dual monitor set up for work and be able to switch to my PC after work or during my lunch break. Works great. I wish you could turn off the loud beep when switching between them.
