Oh my god. They move far forward and have a powerful magnet! One person can easily hitch a trailer and place the ball just below the hitch. i am so impressed

My truck doesn't have a backup camera so they help me get closer. The problem arises when the trailer has a slight pitch difference with the truck... by aligning the balls you move to the side. So it's not foolproof, but it's a good help.

I am a complete idiot when it comes to hooking up my trailer and I had a pair of these years ago when I had a boat. Put one on the trailer and the other on the hitch and when they meet, line up! Super easy and saves you from the "get out, look, set, check again” routine!

I'm pretty good at fitting my truck to a trailer, but these guide balls make it a lot easier if you do it yourself.
