Scrap in exhaust and emissions

Flexible exhaust completely rusted on my 2003 Tribute in 1 year. Now the mechanic has to cut everything out and start over. The job cost $150. I will monitor the DNA. Many defective car parts are sold online.

Pros
  • Car
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Buy some exhaust glue and a good clamp to seal it up

Worth the price! Save money! I had to cut old bolts off the stock flex pipe on my 2006 Ford Escape. I already had a split flange so I bolted on the new flex pipe. Worked on my porch for a day. But I saved a lot of money and now I know how to wear it. Fits perfectly!

Pros
  • Exhaust and emissions
Cons
  • Some small things
