Got a new mirror as the old one had cracked from an impact but found the new one rolled the same as the broken one. One of the bolts was too long, heard a cracking noise when closing. The bolts were too long and had to be shortened. After installation, the headlights worked on the mirror, but the mirror was not equipped with an electric folding mirror function. When shutting down, the mirror vibrates heavily, making it impossible to look into the mirror when it vibrates due to normal driving conditions. The product does not work!

Good mirror for the price and I can see it's cheaply made. After assembly you have to remove the door panel and when I tightened the 3 screws for the mirror one of them came right out of the base because it's cheap plastic and the screws are so long they scratched my truck when closing. Door, now just wait and see how long it takes for the hole to fall off

The bolts were too long so I couldn't close the truck doors. The OEM hardware was a different size and could not be used. Had to modify hardware (cut and then clean threads) to make it work. If the truck is moving at 40 mph or faster, both glass mirrors will close, making it difficult to see. Mirrors are not electrically foldable. This should be clarified. Very disappointed with this product.

I know this isn't a genuine part, but damn it, I wasn't expecting anything that bad! After installation the entire mirror assembly shook like crazy only when the engine was running. As soon as I started cruising the freeway at no more than 50 mph, the mirror itself looked like it had a large wiring harness stuck inside its housing, and a wiring harness fell out from behind the mirror. Of course we will send the mirror back. So disappointed!
