This should get ZERO stars from the seller.1. Company's warranty covers parts only and buyer pays shipping2. Sold as new and returned, probably not working, and then resold3. The company no longer makes them, probably due to the very low quality of the end product. I would definitely return it but I was trying to determine if it was the block or the magnetic switch that was preventing it from working (it was both!) and now I own it and it's almost $20. Florida inspection code. I would buy a Smartpool alarm but we also have a spa so we would need to buy two so we went with them given the lower cost. The tape does not adhere well even to metal surfaces. Cords are also a nuisance, snagging on blinds and getting stuck between window frames. On the second day all the tape peeled off and the alarm clock kept ringing. It would be sad if you go to work and your cat is left home alone with one of them for even an hour. Spend a few bucks more

We have 9 access points to our pool including 2 doors, 3 sliders and 4 windows. After installation, we got up several times at night because the peel and stick came loose from the installation site. This is because the spring-loaded push button puts pressure on whatever part is trying to hold it down.
