Bought after ankle surgery, the idea of compression/ice therapy combined without bulky ice packs and towels was amazing. Unfortunately, until recently it was not possible to use it much. Since my surgery, ice packs have been used alone almost daily. It should be noted that the cold packs get very cold - yes, that sounds strange, doesn't it? I bought this bandage for my ankle surgery because I couldn't get the cryotherapy machine in time. Speaking objectively about the packaging, the quality of the packaging itself and the ice packs is excellent. You can get quite a bit of compression out of this if you need to. Ice packs are very cool. They hold out the cold for a long time and, although they get a little stiff, they don't freeze. My only complaint is that it doesn't really cover the ankle area.
