Description of 🐕 Dogtra YS300: Compact Rechargeable Waterproof No Bark Collar for Dogs

SOUND RECOGNITION SENSOR: The YS300 No Bark Collar has a Sound Recognition Sensor built into the receiver. It uses a microprocessor to distinguish between your dog's bark and other surrounding ambient noise. CORRECTIONS: The YS300 comes with a Pager vibration only mode that offers a clear vibration to alert dogs while training. The YS300 offers 6 levels of correction so that you’ll have no problem finding the perfect correction level for your dog. Each level begins with a vibration and is followed by the correction. IPX9K WATERPROOF CERTIFIED: The YS300 is IPX9K waterproof certified, which means it passed the International Protection Marking system. Products are verified if they can stand a close-range high-pressure liquid spray from 4 angles (pressure of 80-100 bars and a temperature of 176°F). DOG SIZING: The YS300 is perfect for dogs that are 10 lbs. or more. The YS300 provides a medium output and the compact receiver helps eliminate the nuisance of barking from small to medium dogs. RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES: The YS300 No Bark Collar has rechargeable batteries that can be rapidly charged in two hours.

Does the job - collars, harnesses and leashes

I've never wanted to use either of these collars and I'm still not thrilled about using them on my two dogs. However, I had just moved into a very quiet senior living complex and one of the first days of my stay my neighbor stopped by my door and complained about my dogs barking when I wasn't home. I have bought collars and they have worked. One of my dogs is a very persistent barker so she barks a few more times, but the other learned very quickly not to bark, so much so that she doesn't bark…

Not as durable as advertised

For the money I expected this product to be more durable. We were only able to use it for a few months before the strap broke and my dog destroyed it. If you watch the demo you can see that it sits quite high and fits snugly around her neck. There are no bite marks on the strap to suggest he broke free of it without first breaking the strap. I was impressed with the battery life but the main reason we bought Dogtra is they only advertised it when a specific dog barks but it shocks when a dog…

Worth the price good for dogs

oh my god. This collar was a life saver. Our sweet dog never barks or howls when we are home (sometimes talk but no more). But (we live in an apartment) we always got notes on the door that our dog howled non-stop when we left. We tried soothing gums, which irritated her. Night hoping she'll howl if we do it at night to discourage her, thunder vest, thunder vest spray. Nothing worked. As a last resort, we got this shock collar. I can say there have been no notes on the door since we bought this

Not sensitive enough, confused my 10 lb dog instead of fixing it

Before we get into why it didn't work, I want to make sure I really read all the instructions CAREFULLY. I made sure the collar was snug but not too tight and adjusted the appropriate settings accordingly. I have a 10 pound 1 year old toy poodle who "barks at every sound". Its bark is very loud and shrill. However, being so small, it was difficult to find a collar that would fit and work reliably. This was better than most collars I've tried (about 6 collars). Cheaper collars were triggered by…

clumsy and ineffective

I have used the No Bark SportDog 10R for the last 4 years when it stopped working effectively. I understand that the warranty period has expired, it just needs to be replaced. I chose the Dogtra YS300 based on Revain reviews and loved that it was $20 cheaper than buying another SportDog. From the start, however, I was less than satisfied. There is only one type of setting (7 levels) and my dog needed level 5 to see the reaction to the bark. There isn't much room to increase the correction. On…

Finally something works!

we have tried everything with our wonderful dog who never barks. except when we go We started by giving him chew toys, a bone, an ultrasonic bark device, relaxing music for dogs (I'm not kidding), a citronella spray dog collar, an enzyme spray for his bed, and then we got another pet with an electric Collar. a shock absorbing safe that worked to some extent but then our dog howled as we left. it doesn't remove the noise. After using this for a few years and seeing our dog howl more and more…

That fits well. There are settings for the shocker, its range .

We have a miniature dachshund that barks a lot. We've tried positive reinforcement to no avail, and lately we've made him puff when we take him outside because the neighbors have complained. So we decided to try this anti bark collar. Our dog is about 10lbs, is quite small but after trimming the band it fits great. There are shocker settings ranging from 1 to 7. There's also a setting that I think just vibrates without shocking her. This would be helpful once the dog has established a…

Money well spent! fits collars

I have a charming but very happy Maltese who is ten years old. I've tried putting a shock collar on him before but he squeaked and I freaked out, that's all. However, we live in an apartment building and my neighbors certainly don't appreciate his constant need to vocalize, so we tried the shock collar again. Pros: • It has a Dogtra name that I trust. I had previously bought another Dogtra collar for my larger dog that worked great, so this time I specifically looked for a Dogtra collar because
