Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I strongly advise people to steer clear of this door hardware. While the metal finish may look nice initially, it quickly rusts and deteriorates, leaving your door looking shabby and unsecured. The only pro is the simple installation process, but it's not worth sacrificing quality for ease of use. Don't make the mistake of purchasing this hardware - save yourself the disappointment and invest in a more reliable option.

Product quality was ok but both times it was damaged when I received it, after receiving the second damaged item I sent everything back.

Looks great, easily attaches to a hollow core metal door with the hardware provided. Ours arrived with a slight curl at the corner. but it was easy to tap (remember to cover the brass with a towel before hammering). I see a few reviews that say screws were not included. They were bundled with ours but my husband almost missed them. They were packaged in a brown cardboard box, which was also where the flapper arrived. He would have thrown them away with the packaging if I hadn't noticed them…
