Wrong size screwdriver

This item does not fit the two Ring doorbell models I tried it on. Spent the extra $$$ and just bought the official Ring instrument.

THIS SAYS FOR ALL DOORBELLS, THIS IS NOT.

I have a Ring 2, it needs a T10, it's a T 4 or so, too small. Luckily my husband had a set of huskies of all sizes so I managed. I keep it for other uses, you can never have enough screwdrivers.

Perfect Ring Doorbell Removal Tool

We had to restart our WiFi network when our router changed. We didn't keep the box/tool when we bought it. It got installed but ADT and I guess we didn't understand that to reset it you have to remove it from the wall. This tool worked great for removing the tiny screws so we could pry it off the door.

Will not work with Ring brand security screws.

Well, it just doesn't work as advertised. I bought a house with a new generation ring doorbell. I bought this to remove the device and put it back on my account. The screws in the device require a Torx bit with a HOLLOW core (protective part). It's just a sub $0.99 standard sprocket that doesn't really work in a Ring brand doorbell with Ring brand security screws.

Not as described - Screwdriver

The unit pictured will not fit the torx screw that secures the cover to the doorbell installed next to the door. Also included is an L-shaped device (as well as a hex key) that has two additional Torx sizes, one of which fits. This was not expected when ordering and is not as comfortable and easy to use as the device pictured which has a plastic knob that allows the device to be easily rotated while still connected to the torx screw. Very disappointing
