Great for bike cables, car cables, jet skis etc.

I used one cable for the jet ski carburetor and one for the bike brake. I love these little things. Buy a few ends of the cable while you're at it for a clean look.

Simple product but does the job

There aren't many reviews here. It does the job. The presence of a bolt and nut helps ensure a secure fit on the cable. Uses this as the end of a lawn mower throttle cable.

Works well - ONCE: Spare Parts

Works Great! After trying 250 pounds of all American A$$ on the back door, I secured it and the steel cable. Jumped up and down and held on. Cons: Head broken off on one string. 50% off with two little wrenches to hold on to? It is sad :(

Not the best I've used.

The product has only one grub screw hole and the result is the calle wire that you try to push against the inside of the tube with your cigarette butts. I prefer kits with two holes and a stop at the bottom to allow the cable to be inserted and held on either side. Doesn't work for my application.

Ideal for throttle twist grip with throttle cable.

The throttle cable for my old garden tractor is designed so you pull it out and turn it clockwise to fix the rpm. The plastic grip on the throttle cable has torn off in the plastic grip. I bought a replacement cable from the dealer but the time didn't come and the handle came loose. I used a small pair of vises but they were too bulky. I cut the plastic handle off the end of the cable and installed one of these in its place. I had to drill an extra hole in the cable stop to fit the end of the…
