Quality Control "F "!

Finished product sanded is awful, looks like the worker left on his lunch break and didn't come back to finish sanding the forearm. Let's hope the rubber bushing and ball joint are of better quality than the quality control. Performance request, performance on F.

Works great on my Escape

Better affordable solution than spending the same or more on another ball joint. I had to deduct a star because Dorman didn't lubricate the ball joints on any of my forearms. I had to drill and cut them myself and add grease fittings to fill them in, so keep that in mind when purchasing this part. It only takes a few minutes and the price difference between this hand and others is just too big not to buy.

Worked just over a year until the ball joint broke.

This product was a direct replacement and fitted well, but after almost two years the ball joint failed. It's been bad for quite some time and I've only now had time to look into it and find out what was causing the problems I was having with my machine. I used to work in the auto parts industry and we sold a lot of Dorman products. Those were good products, but that was 20 years ago. Either I got a bad one or the quality isn't the same. Ball joints should last much longer than 2 years…
