Perfect replacement

Perfect fit for my 2011 Chevy Cruze, great replacement for the original which lasts much longer due to the much smaller head size and wear and tear.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • No insurance

Fits perfectly on Geo Metro 97

The drain plug that came with my Metro 97 Geo was all worn out, the threads stopped holding, I found this cheap replacement, I found out, swap it, it fits .

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • There are nuances

That's a drain plug. It works out.

Nothing high-tech here. This is a short screw with a nice nylon washer. It is screwed in and the oil stays in. Does exactly what you want from a drain plug. Try not to get too excited!

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Easy oil change and perfect fit

Easy oil change and perfect fit. I was glad the washer was metal as plastic washers tend to leak and break. Now I only use metal.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • High price

Fits perfectly but be careful with the washer

Fits perfectly but be careful with the washer. Maybe I was trying too hard or something, but the puck is good. Just check my photo. This created a small channel for the oil, terrible

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Only available in white

Seals well and doesn't leak

We recently replaced our CR-V's oil pan and oil pan cam with a drain plug; However, there was a metal gasket around the drain plug that seemed to be leaking a bit. That after the agonizing removal I'm glad it was just a drain plug. We ordered this with an oil pan in case there isn't one. So we replaced the one that was leaking with this one with a rubber/plastic gasket around it. So far, so good. Haven't heard from my fiancΓ© about the oil leak yet so I'm guessing it's fixed. I hope anyway.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old

Look closely at the image of this product.

The yellow tint on this gasket makes it look a lot like copper alloy, doesn't it? However, when I examined my newly received oil plug, I saw that the washer was white plastic. That alone could have earned this rating the maximum 3 stars, but then I turned the box over and read the instructions. ALWAYS CHANGE THE DRAIN PLUG GASKET EVERY OIL CHANGE. I think the lawyers wrote it on the package. When the flimsy plastic disk fails, the sons of single mothers can point it out and claim the consumer…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Zero
