give 3 stars only, since it was sent to me rear electric window ; but I ordered the passenger. I checked again to make sure it wasn't my fault. I will say I heard nothing; but good things about the caretaker. Hope it was a simple mistake.

It works but I had to replace some factory bolts because the factory bolts were too short. Don't expect any direct change from this. It is slightly different from OEM. But works fine after I installed everything. Let's see how long he lasts.

I installed it within an hour of delivery. I saved a lot of money because it was easy to install with only 5 screws. The engine can't keep up; I was lucky my old one worked and I was able to snap it onto the pulley with no problems. It's nice to feel that you can do something for yourself. I would buy from these sellers again.

Doorman did a great job finding the weak points in the original design and came out with an improved part. I hope that is the case with this window regulator. I'll see how long this lasts before adding or removing stars. As far as detail goes, it appears to be at least as well made as the original and fits just right. Runs smooth and quiet. I really hope this one lasts longer than the previous one!

I installed this in February and in August it stopped working! Failed so badly that my window fell into the well and nearly broke. Thank God the Germans produce better quality glass than the Chinese window drives. Was hoping the positive reviews were accurate and it would be a good product but unfortunately it's rubbish. It was smooth and quiet until it failed, which is the only positive. Looks like we'll be using Uro or OEM from now on.
