Only 6 months old and already broken?!

I installed this in February and in August it stopped working! Failed so badly that my window fell into the well and nearly broke. Thank God the Germans produce better quality glass than the Chinese window drives. Was hoping the positive reviews were accurate and it would be a good product but unfortunately it's rubbish. It was smooth and quiet until it failed, which is the only positive. Looks like we'll be using Uro or OEM from now on.
