🪟 Dorman 741-431 Front Passenger Side Power Window Motor and Regulator Assembly for Ford Models - OE FIX Review

I bought this in a quick response scenario when I was out of town and my daughter's passenger window certainly didn't fail in her truck with the window down. Once home, it took about an hour to remove the door panel, remove the faulty regulator, and install and assemble the door panel. It worked great. So far very satisfied.

fits my 2005 Ford F150 Supercab perfectly. The front passenger window fell on the bottom of the door and that part was repaired. Installed and ready to use in about 1 hour. Very easy to replace. The dealer wanted $500 WHAT? Do it yourself. In the car for over a year and works great. Highly recommended.

I bought this power window 8 months ago and finally got it fixed. That was the wrong part. Instead I bought a local part. Eight months ago it was a "matching” car. Today it "MATCHES" your car. Unfortunately it is too late to change the part. I gave Dorman 4 stars based on previous experience with Dorman parts and corrections to the "fits in your car" banner.

I ended up buying two of these. The first seemed to work fine, but I did notice a nice window rattle when you closed the door with the window fully retracted. Then, one afternoon, the device ate itself. One of the arms twisted, the cables snapped, and it disintegrated. Since I needed to get my truck running again, I ordered a second one. I installed this in my 2004 F150 Lariat "New Body Style" Super Cab passenger door. Despite what Revane says, this is the right part for my truck. I recommend anyone purchasing this part to go to the Dorman website and verify the part number before making a purchase here at Revain as the Revain parts checker doesn't seem to have the correct value and it doesn't matter if a normal cabin, a super cabin or a crew cabin.
