Great high pressure compression fitting!

I tried flaring the existing line on the car twice and even practiced 5 or 6 times before attempting to do the line on the car. Never got a good flash. Worked perfectly on the first try. Tightly closed.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Fast, inexpensive, and permanent attachment

I've used them on hydraulic lines, AC lines, and others over the years. Much easier than replacing new lines, bending, expanding. Just make sure the cuts on the original lines are clean and they last the rest of the line with no leaks.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Non-automatic

He says "not for the brakes " but he did the job.

I cut the brake line at the bottom and bought it to connect. The packaging says "not for hydraulic brake lines" which is confusing, but it's sealed well. This is for unexpanded tubing (they have compression ends that seal the ends), which seems to have helped.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
