Works great. I was told by the body shop that the mirror would cost $600-$700 to replace. This mirror was a great replacement and had all the features including power folding/off, puddle light, auto dimming and flashing. Had to take the inner door panel off to replace it but it only took about 30 minutes and lots of youtube videos on how to do it. I recommend!

Mirror to fit truck. it goes up and down. What it doesn't do is the parking feature. I turn on reverse, the mirror goes up, I turn on the drive - it goes down. Be right back. The first did nothing in the opposite direction and fell in motion. half back The manufacturer offered a return. I got a new one. Still not working properly. Now because I couldn't make it in time I'm stuck with two crappy mirrors.

Bought this mirror for my 2008 Chevy Tahoe. My old one had a burned out motor so my husband and I decided to replace it ourselves rather than pay the dealer close to a thousand for it. It looks and works just like the original mirror, but makes an annoying whistling noise when driving. As if something was attached to it. I was planning to return it but my husband's busy schedule exceeded my 30 days and now I'm stuck with that annoying whistling noise. I hope I can fix what's loose in there.

Installation went smoothly. As I drove down the street, the mirror shook so much that it was impossible to look inside. The problem wasn't in the mirror itself, the whole arrangement was shaking. I was able to lift the mirror assembly and it moved about 1/4 inch; and no, it's not because of the three nuts holding the mirror in place. All play came from the folding hinge. I have sent this back to Revain and will pay extra money for a factory replacement.

This aftermarket mirror works with some faults/issues. Pros: It is much cheaper than the OME device. It works with difficulty, with turn signals and puddle light. Disadvantages: It whistle as soon as the speed exceeds 40 km/h. The mirror wobbles a bit and this is definitely a safety issue. Perfect fit and great finish. It looks OEM and if you can remove the old painted shell it should snap into this mirror. Most functions work correctly with a few exceptions. The first problem is that when the car is in reverse, the mirror automatically adjusts up instead of down - just like I programmed it to. I had to remove this option.
