Almost better than nothing

They work if you install them properly. First cut 2 or 3 inches longer than you need, insert the cut end into the worm gear and start tightening. If there is a lot of resistance or the metal starts to bend, hold the worm gear with pliers and keep tightening and it should be good to go.

Good product with careful assembly

These are just big clamps with a special bracket for attaching the tire sensor. At the same time, they are effective for the task at hand. I have a few suggestions: 1. Using metal scissors, cut the ribbon to an approximate length before threading it through the clip. (Don't cut it too short) I put these tapes on 17" rims and have a lot of tape left over. Shortening the belt saves time and reduces line wear. 2. Be careful when you start the tape. The threads can be used with a ratchet if you're…

May not be needed

You may not need it. I bought this to be ready as the sensor was plugged with a pump product that eliminates slow leaks (and the jar was marked safe for the TPMS sensor). I have a Ford Ranger with strip gauges. All the information I found was about using a new clip to attach the sensor (you don't need it, just carefully remove the old one if you need to reuse it) to the stand, but nothing about the stand.
