Excellent replacement rubber brake line

about rusting when using this line on the passenger side (Dorman H380376 for the driver side). The part was cheap, fitted snugly, and withstood abuse. Anyone in the business of replacing a Ford Explorer 8.8 axle in another car should pick this up.

Pros
  • All brake hoses have been tested to 4000psi to ensure safety standards are met
Cons
  • Some minor issues

I got what I paid for, less.

This item was purchased in an open box, was missing the required washers which are always included but otherwise worked great on my '98 Explorer.

Pros
  • Spares
Cons
  • Protection

Missing disclosures. Looks used.

Required copper discs are missing and according to the product description they are included. They cost about $5 individually. The package has been opened and the item looks like someone tried to install it and returned it.

Pros
  • Braking system
Cons
  • So far so good

Excellent replacement rubber brake line

I have replaced all the brake lines on my Explorer rear axle (which is on the Ranger) with this line on the passenger side (Dorman H380376 for the driver side) due to rust. The part was cheap, fit perfectly, and held up to abuse. If you want to exchange a Ford Explorer 8.8 axle for another car, you should do it yourself.

Pros
  • Hoses
Cons
  • Hard to tell
