🔧 Dorman M39052 Brake Master Cylinder - Brand New for Optimal Performance Review

I bought this to use with the Astrovan power steering on my 46Wilyz. I use 1 ton axles with 4 wheel disc brakes and 40 inch tires. My rig weighs 4800# and locks up tires at highway speeds.

Upgraded from single master cylinder to dual master cylinder. Drawn a new frontline and added a short throw accelerator. Bleeding on the bench is dirty. It worked great 😊

This master cylinder is perfect for my c3 corvette with power brakes. It comes with plugs to bleed the bank. I found it easier to bleed on the bench with a bleed kit that runs hoses from the brake line fittings back to the cylinder. The device is supplied with a new lid and lid seal. For the price, this is the best option for those who have a failed master cylinder.

Rather than being stuck in an endless cycle of replacement master cylinders with a lifetime warranty, I'm hoping to break the cycle with a new one. It looks exactly like the original (which I'll keep) and it's brand new so it hasn't been taken apart a few times. Only $10 more than Reman, worth a try. I like to buy car parts on Amazon. Can't comment on the fit just because it's too cold to take my 80's Vette out but it arrived as advertised and I've included a picture to show all that goes with it. You need to buy a pump set. I thought it would be included but it was my fault for buying so many. You can't buy a new one at that price. I've bought Oreileys, Autozone and Rock Auto. Delivered very quickly for free which made it even cheaper. Thanks very much!
