Do not buy! for cars and automotive electronics

Do not buy. This thing only lasted 3 months. Before he stopped working. It gets too hot to touch and I burn myself. 👎 poor quality

Dashboard Pain - Car Video

There was a herd method of installation. Then after it was in the channels they would reset and change randomly as well as increase the volume randomly. Also, it has a preloaded Madonna song that plays every time I start the car!

Better than expected overall

I installed the head unit and found problems with WiFi, GPS and screen sensitivity. I contacted the seller about the wifi issue and he suggested I connect the rear camera cables to the head unit. This worked great so I plugged in a bunch of AV input cables and the screen sensitivity was gone and it was holding memory. In short, connect all the cables included in the kit to the main unit and everything is fine. I recommend this device and the seller.

The instruction manual/installation is a joke.

The instructions for this radio are completely useless. The writing is so small that it cannot be read or traced even with a backlit magnifying glass. After installation, the device works quite well, but some settings are not easy to find without instructions. The functions that I could understand logically work very well. The overall score is a direct result of the exceptionally poor quality of the written documentation. The camera is not rated because it is not installed.

Good stereo for the price!

This is a nice little touch screen stereo for my son's first truck (a 2003 Toyota Tacoma). The touchscreen is responsive and works very well. The sound quality is as good as in a pickup truck. Installation was a little tricky as the factory brackets were made to fit the stereo bay. The factory mounts were offset while the included mounts were straight. The included mounts had to be modified with factory mounts to make them work. But once he installed it, it works very well.

Worthy for the price.

Installed a few days ago, installation is easy, I didn't connect the camera. The system is slower than expected, Google Maps loads in about 30-45 seconds when you click the navigation icon. Connects to Wi-Fi and has many apps. I've only plugged in one USB and it's not working, I'll try plugging in both and see if that makes a difference. Bluetooth is good, plays my Amazon music and shows the song/group. So far I have nothing to complain about for the price, I'm still trying it out, will update…

Beats any standard stereo out of the water

This thing is amazing! I bought and installed two of these - one in Silverado and one in Element. All you really need is a wiring harness adapter designed specifically for your vehicle. Every mounting scenario will be different, but I didn't need anything other than the included mounting brackets. This is a computer, so anything you can do on a tablet, you can do on it.
