DO NOT USE WITH 220V The thermostat wiring is not rated for 220V as advertised and will cause arcing and possible fire. I experienced it first hand in my own home. Only use backstab stats at 220 as this is the third time this guy has melted the lead. The only difference between this and the other two brands was that this one actually had an arc flash.

I highly recommend this heater and the company that supplies the product. When first installed, at high power the heater turned off after 2-3 minutes, at low it worked normally. When I called the manufacturer, on the 2nd or 3rd call my call was answered by someone who was really able to help me. After talking about the issue, I was asked if I would mind changing the board. This heater connected to the recommended thermostat - all correct wiring and installation recommendations used. The heater seemed to heat the room up well and fairly quickly (it was about 40 degrees when it was turned on and it warmed it up to 60 degrees in about 20 minutes). I replaced the smaller 5k cube in my 25x25x9ft workshop with this one. It is partially isolated. It mostly continued when it got very cold that winter. I need more (and would like gas) but this was the easiest solution to install next to the panel. You need a 40A circuit. Don't listen to reviewers who say otherwise.
