Only 3 stars because this hitch lock is NOT suitable for hem hitches. There is only a narrow channel on the lock that slides over the spade connectors. A better description, more photos and sizes would help and I wouldn't have to return the lock. Otherwise it looks like a safe lock; Pretty hard. Made in China
