It's light and comfortable to hold, and the charge lasts much longer than my previous Dremel. This ability to cut for extended periods of time without balancing a heavy drill was exactly what I was looking for. I'm not sure if I received a defective unit or not, but swapping bits in and out of the chuck is quite frustrating. You hold down the blue button to lock the chuck, then use a wrench to loosen the nut a bit, then open the chuck further with a few turns of your hand. My old (corded) Dremel works the same way and I'm already used to it.
