Overpriced, typical of the Dremel brand.

Overpriced in my opinion, but with Dremel you're paying US manufacturing and US development costs. But at the speeds these rotary tools spin, you don't want the damn cutting surface to fly off or snap when you're using it. i get what you pay for

If you're tired of using 3-5 regular discs to cut something, get these.

In the end I couldn't resist and bought the EZ locking system. tool tray or ones that will easily break on impact with metal. That doesn't happen with these big EZ-Lock washers. Now my disc is measured by how many jobs I can do with one disc, not by how many discs I need for each disc of work.

1 project completed, test passed! But what is this 4?

Like - Reusable carrying case Ez Lock 402 cartridge (included) Blades cut (previously only plastic) Dislike - Speed controller is still sticky (slow down the side of fir #1) Super small blades (makes the Job) Cutting time, takes a few (@#1 setting) Warms up the dremel, decent amount (ports not clogged) This was my 1st Dremel cutting job and second use in general. (No expert here, he's a beginner) I'm happy with the cut and the tool. Now the package was sealed. inside the case below blue tabsโ€ฆ

I finally got one of these

I had reinforced discs and normal cutting wheels. This quick change method is suitable for almost any cutting job and you don't have to worry about broken discs and flying splinters like you would with regular discs. The cut-off wheel is by far my most used attachment and this quick change is great. My only complaint, if you can call it that, was the over the top packaging it came in. Very nice box, but I already have a nice box for all my Dremel stuff, so the fancy plastic box will probably be

He is durable. I recommend if it's in your price range.

My uncle gave me a different brand of Dremel and the cutting wheels would brake every few seconds. Chinese brand kits contain many wheels to increase the size of the kit. But in reality, this is garbage that slows down every few seconds. I'm not exaggerating, I broke 4 wheels trying to put it on. Another 8 hit the spindle but broke. Something had to change. I just cut through a 1" aluminum heatsink, it took a long time. Then I got this cutting set. It's pretty easy to do and STAYS, doesn'tโ€ฆ

I make my own snowblower boots by buying 1/16 carbon steel strips, cutting them to 4 inches long and 1 1/4 wide, then heating and bending the front and back before welding What is left of the original shoe, my customer loves them as they are longer and wider so they never sag and slide smoothly and they are great for cutting straps. They wear out about 2-3 times longer than a thin bolt on the rims, very satisfied love how quick you can change rims, very smooth running I had a bug that broke the

I like this set best in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I have been using Dremel power tools for over 50 years and have used their ceramic wound cutting discs for just as long. The wheels fly apart to show it. I needed to mold some heavy stainless steel parts for a prototype design and discovered Dremel's new "Metal Cut-off Wheels" with this EZ Lock arbor while looking for a large pack of screw-on cut-off wheels and I had to try this. This is the best I've found to cut with a dremel rotary tool in a long time. Firstly, I have not yet worn or brokenโ€ฆ
