Make nice holes!

Used with a Ryobi cordless hammer drill (non-SDS) to drill holes in a brick house for wiring. Worked great. Washed and it looks new enough I could send it back but I'm not a cheap bet lol. Next time I need to make a big hole in brickwork I have a great attachment in my garage.

Pros
  • Hammer Drill Bit with SDS Plus Shank
Cons
  • Doubtful

Not what I ordered.

I ordered a 5/8" Drill America based on the photos included in the product description. The item I received looked nothing like the picture looked very different. The drill bit shown in the picture looks much thicker than the one I received.

Pros
  • Especially good for drilling in stone or concrete
Cons
  • Slightly chipped

Chisel bent once hammer drilling started

I was trying to drill a pilot hole in my concrete wall in the basement. As soon as I pressed hard enough to activate the impact drill function, the bit would bend the full length of the bit and become unusable. See photo how it looks. It should follow the straight edge of the paper, but it will bend. I may be married but I won't bother going back and trying again. I'll just spend a few bucks more and buy a Bosch out of the box. Fortunately, the Revain refund process does not allow refunds to my

  • Carbide tipped tools have carbide cutting edges for increased wear resistance and a steel shank for increased strength
Cons
  • Some bugs
