Half of the accessories are rusted in the packaging! We haven't opened the packaging yet, so I don't know how the product works.

The only reason I am giving this product one star is because no stars is not an option. I needed it to do what he said. First, there are NO instructions. Who does this? So far so good. I used it to remove a few screws on a window and it worked great. Unfortunately, he had trouble with a couple of screws that just turned, but here's a tip that will help: Tip: Use an impact wrench for this item. At first I used a regular drill but it didn't allow the bit to catch on the screw and it just turned in the hole I drilled for it. I switched it to the shock driver and it worked right away.
