SOLAR WIRELESS ALARMS- The outdoor weather resistant solar motion sensor is powered by built-in rechargeable battery, and the battery will be charged by the top mounted built-in solar panel even on rainy or cloudy days. There is also a charge jack at the back of the sensor which can be charged by the included USB charging cord or the extra solar panel sold by HTZSAFE if the sensor will be installed indoor or some darkness areas. Solar powered no need replace batteries. 1/2 MILE LONG WIRELESS TRANSMISSION RANGE- Both the solar motion sensor and plug-in receiver pick up alarm signals up to 1/2 mile away(actual range will vary depending on the local terrain), it is a great solution even you have a large perimeter or property to monitor. Really great detector - works as it should

I bought the HTZSAFE solar alarm system at the end of May. I had problems with detectors from two different brands. They gave false alarms when the sun rose or set. I swear even in the wind there must have been dirt or something because even then it could have gone away. Here are the previous ones. THEN I got a HTZSAFE with two sensors and a receiver. NO FALSE ALARMS. I thought I had it, but when I looked at my outdoor camera footage, it was a bird. I can't control it I set up this camera…

Easy installation and programming as well as excellent customer service. Would buy from them again

We use this sensor at the end of a 600ft driveway. Mostly to warn us of oncoming vehicles. The receiver is inside the house on the inside wall. We already have a previous generation sensor and receiver. Getting them all to talk to each other was very easy by following the instructions in the manual. So now both receivers in different parts of the house will turn off if either sensor is triggered. Controlling multiple sensor functions (on/off, sensitivity, and manual shutter) with a single…

Works great for motion detector

Update: I no longer recommend them. I used to love them until I realized that if you have even a cloudy day the sensors won't work that night! I'm in Florida where it's light most of the time and these things are totally unreliable for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I like the idea of the sensors.
