Quick disclaimer: This is the first juicer I've ever owned. i love this shop I use it (at least) every morning so it's like we're in a relationship. I use dental floss to clean it and that is the hardest part of using it. However, in this day and age of xenobots and AI, it's a whimsical, useful, and welcome tool in my kitchen.

My manual juicer has served me well but has seen better days and it's time to replace it. I like this new one. It also comes with a grater and the tops pull out easily for cleaning and are held in place so it doesn't move around during use. It's perfect for travel, compact and keeps everything together so you (me) never have to hunt for parts. Like it a lot!

This juicer has a MAJOR disadvantage, which is that many, if not all, of the seeds get into the juice. I have to spend a few minutes picking them out with a spoon. For me, this shortcoming makes the product not even worth considering, as for me the biggest advantage was not having to worry about seeds. Note that I only used this for lemons. I really don't understand how this product has such a good rating - totally misleading.

I also bought a Brunwish juicer to compare to this one and ended up keeping that one. The Brunwish lid didn't seem to make the process any easier. The base seems solid enough to deploy, but I wouldn't trust it to withstand multiple drops to the ground. A minor annoyance is if you're using an external extender, it's a bit of a hassle to take it off to remove the pulp when rinsing the device. This doesn't work very well if you only use a small sweep. But I would still recommend another manual…

I've just opened up my Juicer/Cester and I'm really excited about its multifunctional properties. I'm also very pleased with its ability to pack away compactly. However, I would like to echo another reviewer's comment about the missed opportunity to keep the device safe. While the top shell serves as the lid, the sharp side must face up for the lid to fit in the container. When inverted to reveal the smooth side of the bowl, the lid slides off the container. In general, the juicer works very well. After thoroughly cleaning the product I'd just received, I went through a few initial steps with it, including separating the egg yolks, grating the lemon zest, and juicing nearly a dozen lemons (cleaning thoroughly between uses). So I like this combination device. I've been using it for a few weeks now. I make this crazy health drink every morning and bought this thing specifically for that. And it works great. I can make myself a drink and clean everything up in 3 minutes. It took about 7 minutes with my old Oxo install. So here's what I do.
