Intuitive platform and flawless customer service

I like that they have all of their tools available to you in one place, so it's really easy when working with them! They are very helpful as well - anytime we've had questions or concerns about something (that was not immediately apparent), someone from support has been right there helping us out whenever possible!! We do love how simple everything can be once set up correctly; however sometimes things get lost along our way which makes troubleshooting more difficult than necessary at times but

  • And customer service always goes above & beyond my expectations every time!!! It seems almost "magical" :) ! :D Everything else follows suit perfectly ;)

Powerful tool for marketers looking at attribution

The ability to see what campaigns are working, which ones aren't, where people don't convert etc. This gives us all of this data in one place so we can make informed decisions about our advertising spend. I dislike that it's not as easy to use as other platforms like AdWords or Google Analytics - but maybe that will change over time! We've been able to track conversions from different channels (TV, OTT, online) and find out exactly how each channel performs and allows us to optimise our…

Very user friendly platform , easy setup and great customer support

The ease of use, ability to create custom campaigns with multiple channels in one campaign! I also like that they offer an unlimited number or keywords per ad group (as opposed from Google's limited amount). Also we have been able find our way around their product very quickly which makes it easier when you are trying something new every day as well since there aren't many things out yet at this time compared other platforms such as google ads 360 etc.. We can set up all advertising types…

  • I don't like that the new campaigns aren't in the same design of how ad groups look like and I have to go back

Super useful content marketing analytics

I like that you can track everything from impressions, to clicks throughs, to conversions, etc. It's easy to set up campaigns with very specific goals in mind. You can also run live tests right out of your dashboard which really helps when testing new ideas or concepts! There are some glitches here and there but they tend to be minor problems rather than major issues and usually get fixed pretty quickly. Overall it works well though their support team is great as well and always willing to help

  • Live test capabilities for running ads without risking anything valuable until campaign ends completely :)
