Tried a fishless cycle, added ammonia as directed by manufacturer. I've been checking regularly for the past 4 days and haven't noticed any drop in ammonia levels. It started at 2ppm and didn't drop. There are no nitrites present. Nitrates are around 10ppm from the soil I used but they haven't changed in the last 4 days.
