Adds Lots of Volume - Curlers

I've never used it but I know my hair is very straight. It's skinny and I'm 40 so it's flat. I get some volume from my usual blow dryer, but not like this. I first blow dried the entire section (i.e. the entire left side, and then flipped it) and went over the head like that. I wasn't that concerned about my back so I just used 2 on the back itself just to add some volume. Prep: I use a conditioner spray and a volumizing mousse, which is very light, and I apply the mousse to the roots only. Iโ€ฆ

Kind to my fine hair

I really like these. They don't pull my fine hair when I remove them. They also have great "ventilation" so my hair dryer can "dry" my hair quickly. In fact, I don't use them on wet hair. I apply it to dry hair, heat it for a few seconds, let it cool and remove it. It gives me the body I want without too much flex. I recommend these over others I've tried, even though they're more expensive, because they don't pull my hair out when I remove them. This box contains 6; 3 jumbo and 3 medium (still

I know people who try Velcro Rolls tend to misuse them and often return them. After Sophie Stanbury from Ladies of London achieved flawless curls with Velcro rollers, I ordered them. They are great quality but honestly you will probably need (2) sets depending on your hair length/type. I also use alligator clips as I have thick hair. The trick is to either flat iron a section of hair first and then twist it, or blow dry sections of hair and then twist them while the hair is still hot. Do notโ€ฆ

Good enough but not for me

They are very good, delivered very quickly and well packaged in the box. The problem is that I didn't pay enough attention to the diameter and they are too big for my very thin and thinning shoulder length hair. So it's not the fault of the product, it's my fault that I didn't look closely enough when I bought it. Also, they aren't really self-locking, I had to fasten them with a pin, and when removing them, I pulled out some hairs that I can't afford. Maybe it's because I have very straightโ€ฆ

Good product! Leave her for a while.

I love these videos. I use them every day for growth and volume. The hair needs to be 90% dry and I use a product (like mousse or spray) and leave those rollers in for facial, comb/floss and makeup. Then I run the blow dryer over the rollers (touching the rollers to make sure the hair wrapped around the rollers is dry) and wait a few more minutes and then take them off. Voila! Lush hair, full body. I thought they might rip my hair as is normal but it is not.

easy to move but also more efficient

My hair is very thin. It ripples, but only when it rains. I wanted the curls to start at the scalp, so I tried a few brands and found that the tighter the curling iron was on my head (no retaining clips), the more likely it was to straighten out any jumps and variations when I curled my hair it try take it off. . So for fine hair it has the right balance: it can fall, cut, frizz without losing what little "life" my fine hair has.

  • Like all before
