The product works great but they do NOT answer email questions about their product. I had a question about foot pads and asked her about it. The manual doesn't cover much despite being written in multiple languages. Even when it was sent to the seller on this site they did NOT respond. I hope that I will not have any problems with this product. If they don't answer questions, they most likely will NOT help if there is a problem

I've read a lot about different compression products. The cheaper ones seem to have had the most problems. Although I did not buy the most expensive, although I would like it, but I am very happy with what I bought. It appears to be of good quality and works as advertised. It's only been 1 week, but I'm satisfied. I actually bought it for my wife and she is very happy as she is on her feet all day at work and when she comes home it really helps her to relax.

As far as I know, buying the device first and then charging another $177 for an extension sleeve to fit the swollen foot is nothing more than a scam. I have swelling in my left leg which is causing it to swell. The device is intended for people with normal feet and not for people with health problems that cause swelling.
