I have severe hearing loss and can no longer enjoy music etc without help. I used this cable to connect to the 1/4 headphone jack on my AV receiver with bluetooth transmitter/wireless headset. The cable provides a solid, noiseless connection between the receiver and your ears. Now I can enjoy music and videos again.

Glad the product finally works well and fits perfectly. I then emailed them to sign up for the 18 month extended warranty although I don't expect to ever call on that warranty as the build quality is very good.

This will be the last headphone adapter you will ever buy unless someone rips it off (which is entirely possible, so keep it with your life ). The sound quality is excellent, the finish is excellent, and it snaps easily into place and stays attached until you take it off. I use the short 1 foot version of the 1/4 male to 1/8 female cable so I don't press need/unplug the jacks from my small headphone amps that use 1/4 headphone output jacks.
