Duplex Driver License Scanner with 🔍 Age Verification: Scan-ID Full Version for Windows Review

Well I'm buying two scanners. It is deployed in two reception offices, when visitors arrive, their details are taken and their ID card or driver's license is scanned, with personalized fields (scan ID full version) it captures the most relevant information that interests us, as scanners work very well with their Purpose after which the two databases are merged into one without any issues or duplicate data. It does an excellent job of scanning the document on both sides.

2 stars because I hate and ignore 1 star reviews. It took over 6 hours to get it working the first time. Then it worked for 2 days and stopped again. out of service for over a week. Don't scan or even activate. Technical support calls go to voicemail. We leave messages for several days in a row and just don't get a call back. So at this point, it seems like I spent a lot of money on an elegant paperweight. I'd really like to hear from tech support and if I do I'll update this review…

I'm from Ohio, as are most of my clients. Only about 60 percent of licenses work to fill in the information fields. Also, you need to hold the card very loosely so it doesn't go in crooked and clipping the corners of the scan. The duplex printing feature is handy and I like that the image is saved as a single panorama rather than two separate front and back files. Works perfectly. Excellent price; fast delivery. Very few items cannot be fully scanned. Much better than my previous scanner which cost three times as much. Some features require some technical support, making them quick to respond to emails. But not to try to call. I particularly like the ability to add scanned images and small documents to a scanned driver's license file. This is a great feature for customers with temporary licenses. I bought this product to work with a kiosk. I didn't do much research because the maker of the kiosk software instructed me to buy it. I thought that said a lot about the product and I didn't seem to have a choice. So far this has worked well. I like the ability to scan double-sided. It seems to have many settings. When I first plugged it into our reception it kept throwing the card backwards and behind the counter. This problem can easily be solved by changing the setting to slide the card…
