🥂 Durable and Versatile Duralex LYS Stackable Tempered Glass: Clear Beauty for Everyday Use Review

I only buy Duralex for my kitchen. The quality is amazing. We bought them for our house in France. Now that we're here, we keep buying them. My only comment was that there were a few black spots on the glass that were easily erased with the wash.

I bought these bowls here from Revain rather than directly from their website as they were cheaper and they were either used or broken when I received them. There were small black scratches on the bottom of each bowl that could not be removed. I ended up going back and buying a set on the website even though there were more of them.

I needed new mixing bowls, and at the same time, stacks of Tupperware and Pyrex storage containers in our small kitchen seemed to be getting out of hand. I decided to start with them. These are beautiful, durable bowls that can be used for mixing/cooking, serving and storage. I love the idea of having an attractive shell set that does it all. Bowls come in a variety of sizes, from very small to roomy, and are attractive with thin stripe trims; They are also hot oven safe which is good for making crumbs etc. The lids are a nice color but I find them hard and a bit difficult to push open - I often turn the bowl and lid upside down so the lid is pressed onto the counter as this helps the lid close. But I can't make it with all of the contents, and the lids pop off in places anyway, so while the bowl is still covered, it's certainly not

The set is small but very handy, the lids are comfortable. Despite being made from thin and light glass they appear to be exceptionally durable as the bowls arrived in perfect condition despite only being sent in the actual product packaging (not intended to be mailed) with a postal label and the bowls were included by a friend without spacers, glass on glass.
