Garbage, DO NOT BUY good for electrical boxes

Snails don't quite break through, and even if they do, they don't fit into any standard fitting. The hair is too small. They also have bolts inside that block the ports completely. Really a waste of time and money trying to use this junk.

The holes do not match the standard junction box electrical connections.

***UPDATE The company has refunded this product and is very concerned about customer satisfaction. The cutouts are uneven and leave behind plastic edges. The remaining holes do not match the standard junction box electrical connections. It will be difficult to attach 1/2 electrical wire.

    • Good but not great

Good electro box, punching is a pain

The box itself is very well made and suits my project. I would suggest working on a hole punch with a cap attached for structural purposes; You don't have to press hard on the stamps to crack the plastic around them. I ended up drilling mine after initial attempts to remove the punch failed.

    • Nothing

    You need to drill holes

The block seals very tight but the cable holes need to be drilled. They don't fall out like a traditional indoor plastic or metal box. Drilling through the plastic was a stinky, stinky mush. You will also need special spacers for incoming cables, which are not included. The end result is fine - it just seems like it could have been designed to be a lot more convenient to install.

    • Absolutely amazing!

    • Some bugs

    Good electrical product

knockout holes are not 1/2 inch but could be forced to screw plugs into required holes. It's hard, but it worked. Couplings are stuck. They should have been thicker plastic and threaded. I don't know if the 3/4 knockout holes were any better. The good thing is that they are waterproof although they have a spot where you can open the drain. I would buy it again if I use 1/4. Knock out 2 inches. I use the word "knock out" but I actually used 1/2 inch. Hole cutter, not a hole saw.

    Nice little sealed box.

I used the box to install a high beam sensor to illuminate the parking lot. Hard plastic and a pretty good seal, although there's no gasket (more like a lip and groove). Just the right size and no open holes to start with. The holes for the rear mounting screws are plugged with plastic plugs for sealing after assembly. They are not very tight, but should protect against water. Exactly what I needed. I used a Nineleaf cable entry nut on the bottom cut out and had to tape the cable around to get…

    Does the job, looks good

I'm satisfied. I got the smallest and it was big enough to hold two ethernet cable glands. If you do, I recommend using the long side to adjust. It doesn't have a gasket, but it seems fairly weatherproof, and from what I've read you don't want it to be fully waterproof as water can condense inside and you'll have to drill a drain hole or two at the bottom to keep that seeping in water can escape. I didn't cut the holes with a screwdriver as recommended, but used a hole saw and then opened them…

Will not fit 1/2 " fittings - LOOK ELSEWHERE

Bought two of these to install motion sensors in deck light rows. Knockout holes are VERY difficult to remove so you will need to do this at the shop before going to the installation site. And even after they come out, the edges are ALWAYS rough and need sanding and trimming. No technical reason for it. The plastic in the holes is so fat. Check out the video (I haven't done it yet) and you can see what a pain it is. So once you've removed the knockouts, they're too small for the 1/2 inch thread

Good junction box for outdoor use

I think this is the ideal connection for most external electrical connections. I only use it as a pass for our outside to inside cable internet. I'm not a fan of the occasional hole in the wall letting some sort of putty come out around the wiring. This box cleaned everything up and made the installation very professional. I'm all for the details. I used cable clips to get the cable out of the box and the cutouts can be different sizes to fit different size cable clips. It wasn't a deal breaker
