Switched drives - doesn't answer emails

Revain listed the drive as a LiteOn 160P6S and they sent a LiteOn 18A1 drive - I asked several times for the correct drive - but they just said, they would have sent a newer one block - I explained I needed a specific 160P6S - that I was never asked if I would agree to a replacement = no reply.

Silent burning and incomplete package

Recording at 16x speed for a single layer DVD took about 10 minutes, which is good, but sometimes it takes longer when other programs are using memory in the background . Nero is the best software for this DVD burner. Setup was easy as long as you have the extra power cord and host cable. Luckily I had old cables to connect the DVD drive. When I ordered this DVD burner, no cables were included, which is inconvenient. It has to be the whole package.

Excellent purchase! on internal optical drives

This was an amazing purchase for less than $40. It is suggested to make it the main drive and all existing drives as slaves, but circumstances decided for me that this would be my secondary (slave) drive on the second channel. As a result, access is probably slower than usual, but not very slow at all. Switching over to my old, dead CD-RW drive should have only taken a few minutes if I wasn't having cable and screw issues, but within minutes of plugging in the Lite-ON I was loading softwareโ€ฆ
