Great and worth every dollar

They installed easily without tools. They give you new gaskets for the bottom part. I put a page in and took a photo for comparison. Then I took a photo of the "finished work". Installation took less than 1/2 hour even though I'm a mechanic. I think they look great and fit great and the shipping was better than expected. Well packed and boxed. It was a lot.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • No instructions

Adjustment was a necessity for me

Very happy with these lights. I was initially skeptical when the reviews said they should have used a dremel and modified them but that wasn't the case for me, everything fitted my 03 Silverado perfectly. I wanted a bit more black as they are said to have a black body, the only black is the surrounding outer trim like the stock ones I replaced. All I had to do was adjust the beam (god it was off), which was easy too.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Great replacement set.

Great replacement for headlights and signal lights. Swapped a 13 year old kit for these and they look brand new. As mentioned in the reviews both headlight retaining pin holes need to be lightly chiselled to fit with a 1/4" bit. others have mentioned some moisture issues. It may not have been necessary, but it was done. A good lamp seal replacement kit is also included. I would recommend it.

  • Quality construction

Looks sexy on a 2003 Chevy Silverado

All matched up really well, the only thing everyone commented is that the buttons that go up need a bit more work. No big deal and easy to fix. With all the money saved you can buy silicone for the headlights, for the turn signals there are rubber bands in the kit. It is very easy to adjust where you want to direct the light. Couldn't get past inspecting the original headlight which gave me a reason to buy these, they look very sharp. I definitely recommend them and you can't beat the price…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Legacy model

After all, Chevrolet did something right

The headlights on these models are particularly easy to replace. I have to give the DWVO credit, the interchangeable blocks snap easily into place. No tolerance deviations that I have experienced with other brands. The headlights themselves are certainly considered functional. Maybe not the best, premium or prettiest, but the price deserves high marks, especially for a truck that's almost twenty years old. Compared to the time it takes to properly sand and polish the original acrylic, replacing

Fits perfectly. for headlight assemblies, parts and accessories

They go well in place of my old weathered housings. I've weighed the pros and cons of just polishing glass on my previous ones and it made more sense in terms of time and money to get these replacement parts. And they almost remake my avalanche, what's the difference! I also replaced my old lightbulbs with LEDs and the combination of LEDs and clear glass made a HUGE difference in my view of the road! The replacement LED for my BRIGHTs caused a quick flash and instead of buying a resistor…

  • Brilliantly made

2006 Chevy Silverado 1500

This is an overview of the DWVO Headlight and Taillight Kit (Black Housing). I bought it for my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado LT Double Cab, 1500. I bought my truck brand new (I've had it with OEM headlights since late 2005). They've been through a lot so after many attempts to restore them and make them look like new I decided to just buy new ones. These headlights are really good. They fit in my truck with no problems and were very easy to fit. I didn't have to drill big holes to insert a pin…

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Exterior

I was skeptical. Read all the reviews on a range of headlights for less than $100. I saw that they had good customer service ratings just in case. But they are amazing! My factory headlights let no light through. (pictured are the old headlights). I put clear silicone around the seams on the headlights to keep moisture out just in case I want them to last. It rained a few times and they are still like new! zero moisture. Installation was quick, 5-10 minutes. And even if they only last a year, I

Easy Peasy Headlight Assembly

My headlight lenses looked like they had been burned in with hairspray and all faded and the inspector just shook his head when he checked them and told me I was thinking must be about to clean them. I don't trust these lens cleaning products which is why I bought this kit. They were well packaged, with no instructions (not really necessary) and with some spare gaskets for the bottom bulbs. To install, all I had to do was remove the pin holding the top assembly in place, push it out, and then…
