Luckily not used yet.

Bought for my motorcycle tool kit. Robust aluminum case with storage space for all bits. It's probably for life. The cork loading system is easy to learn and everything you need to get the job done is included except air. Corks are very sticky, be careful not to open them before use. It would only be more convenient to take a small knife with you to cut off the excess length of rubber after caulking. I cut a thin rectangle of plastic and sharpened one side and then put additional plugs into the

It takes a lot of effort but it works

My tire was leaking slowly and I found the source was a small nail or staple. Thought I'd give it a try as the promotional videos show it works on most flat tires. The dealer would probably sell me a new tire, so what do I have to lose? The first attempt to plug in failed. The plug went through but then broke off (at the brass tip) and most of the plug remained in the tool when I removed it from the tire. It was a preloaded fork. I put a new plug in the instrument and tried again. You have to…

The rather compact size makes it easy to throw.

Its fairly compact size makes it easy to throw in the glove box when you need it. So the "piercing tool" or whatever you want to call it is a bit small. So if you have weak muscles, it may be difficult to insert it into the tire if the puncture you are trying to fix is small (e.g. a nail or small screw). But to be honest, that goes for any other tool as well, so can't really blame the dynaplug for that (banging it with a hammer works well, by the way, as does wetting it to slide it in). The…

Tire stopped successfully, tire shop didn't want to touch it

I have a 4WD Volvo that likes to have 4 worn tires at the same time. If you don't change all the tires at the same time, you run the risk of damaging the transmission. It's off track - I've had 4 tires in the last quarter of their life but had about a year left. Then a nail hit one of those tires - still threaded but close to the sidewall. Took it to the store and they didn't want to take responsibility for the repair as they put the patch on the inside which is not possible in this region. So…

These things are the key to a quick fix!

This is a lovely product that is easy to use. Hood is not required. I bought it for my ATV but first used it on my 4x4 pickup. The winged body bolt went straight through the heavy-duty Bridgestone axle beam on the left front. This plug kit was a lot easier than changing a tire. I sprayed some Windex around the stud, there were no bubbles so thought I'd get it out. Pull after the big leak! My friend plugged the hole with his finger and I got the tool ready. I put a plug in, still windex, it's…

Works great, compact

At this year's Cleveland Motorcycle Show, I saw a product that I was so impressed with that I bought it. This is a Dynaplug tire repair tool. I carry a standard car tire repair tool in my tool kit along with car tire plugs in case I ever hit something in one of my tires that caused a flat tire. However, this tool is designed for car tires with large plugs, designed for plugging deep tread car tires. I was hoping that this tool would work on my bike in an emergency if I needed it, but never had…
