I bought these locks 7 months ago and both door handles broke in the same place. The pin holding the screws is broken inside so everything is loose. I will have to replace but I will look elsewhere!

Good product, easy to install but I have one comment that caused me to deduct a star: the bezel that attaches to the door jamb will have square corners. The door lock had interchangeable faces, square corners and extra round corners, I had to cut a square corner into the door gap.

I am very happy with the quality of these locks. Being able to buy two sets of matching keys was also great. You should read carefully what you are ordering to ensure you are getting it right. In my case the pads for the door handles were too small to cover the previous hole. This was easily remedied with a purpose made stainless steel plate bought online.

This is great quality! I installed them for a friend and saved her a lot of money. I would say it's like a contractor package. No instructions, no pretty box. I have installed thousands of locks over the years as a contractor and this is good average quality. If you've never installed locks before, you probably need to go online and watch youtube videos or other instructions to help you.

This handle and latch set was purchased to replace the original round handles in my industrial home. Very easy to install - I left the original screws in place and just swapped out the handles and lock sets. It took about 10 minutes for each door. These are not $200 lock sets. They have a rough feel for the keyways and turning mechanisms. Some lock lube will help. I am happy with my purchase and very happy that I was able to get two complete sets with the same keys.
