Great Platform For All Types Of Businesses

I like that it offers so many options to choose from, not only for my business but also as an individual! It's hard sometimes when you are trying something new because there aren't too much tutorials online or anything in order of learning how things work before actually using them yourself - however this has been improving over time with their own team members responding more often than now (which was one issue we had previously). Great tool for budget planning, but needs modernization

It's very easy to use, I don't have any issues with it at all - everything works as expected! The user interface/design could be more modernized (and maybe even mobile friendly) but that would require additional development time which isn’t cheap or available for every organization out there so we can live without this now :) Great platform if you need something relatively simple like an internal programmatic fund application process & budgeting toolkit in one place instead of having several…

Great visibility tool and great support team

I like that this program allows you to see what's going in your organization, so we can make sure all projects are being supported by our financials as well! The reporting function needs some work - it takes several clicks for each report or dashboard page view (sometimes more). It would be nice if there were fewer steps involved with viewing reports/dashboard pages. Also, sometimes when using an external website link from within another platform such as Power BI, other features of my account…

Very Pleased With Platform Features And Overall Customer Service

I like how easy it was to use, all of their features are very useful for nonprofit organizations that want an online fundraising platform with many bells & whistles! The customer service department has been great as well - they've responded quickly whenever we have questions or needed help when uploading information into our system (which can be tricky at times).
