Review on e-CImpact by Rod Evans

I like how easy it was to use, all of their features are very useful for nonprofit organizations that want an online fundraising platform with many bells & whistles! The customer service department has been great as well - they've responded quickly whenever we have questions or needed help when uploading information into our system (which can be tricky at times). Some things could definitely improve upon; such would include making some minor updates in order make using this product easier/more user friendly than what i'm used too now out side my own organization's website which isn't nearly intuitive enough yet either.. but other then those 2 issues everything else works perfectly fine!! We had nothing majorly wrong while trying them over so there wasn’t much downsides really aside from having no previous experience running any type donation site before starting up ours :).
