Parents bought this WiFi hotspot especially for a trip abroad. I was afraid the UI would confuse them to death, but they were able to make a lot out of it! Well, pat yourself on the back because I wrote down very specific instructions on how to use it, and it helped. For anyone on the move and working with digital technologies, this was a life saver. I haven't used it all the time as I often have wifi access but I love the freedom it offers and the fact that I can even work in the park if I want to. I've used it in Europe so far and I'm happy with it

I used it in Italy and it was very useful between WiFi stops! I mainly used it for GPS navigation on my iPhone while driving. I could rent a sat nav or use my own network but the cost would be the same and now I can use it on future trips too!

This is my first negative review of a product and you can imagine how upset I am. So, I bought this device and only used it for 4 hours, the battery is almost dead. Out of curiosity, I open the battery cover and find that I got a 1500 mAh battery, not 3000 as advertised. I don't know how else to report this as this is the first time I've come across this so I'm not familiar with the process of how to do this. I hope my seller sees this and contacts me.
