Was expecting material to be a bit softer with a little more give, but it does seem to be helping. Can't be certain it's this, but it certainly isn't hurting.

Just received this after an impulse buy the other night. Immediately took it out of the package and figured out how to use it. Took me a minute or so to find the sweet spot. Had tingling and numbness in my index finger along with pain in my cervical spine area. Tried a few different things with no relief. First time I tried this device I felt immediate but slight improvement in the tingling. Did it again before bed and heard some popping while using the device and then again in the morning.
