EBC Brakes DP31939C Redstuff Ceramic Review

Very satisfied so far. I have purchased both day and night from OEM pads for my RS7. Much less dust and finally no squeaking.

Confirmed to fit the front of the Audi RS7. And with the right break-in period, they work with much less dust, as expected. Deformation of the rotor is most likely due to preparation and improper polishing.

Installed on 2012 CLS63. The pads are only 187mm long, making them shorter than standard pads. A knocking sound can be heard when changing the direction of movement forwards and backwards. The pads shifted in the caliper and rattled when they hit the caliper. I contacted EBC support but to no avail. As a result I bought TRW pads (189mm) and they work perfectly. Big waste of time and money.

First brake pad installation. With the instructions provided and YouTube, I was able to get the job done easily. I did a drive in and I don't have any squeaks and the braking performance seems to match the OEM. There is definitely less brake dust. The pads break with a thin layer where a little dust comes out, then there is very little dust. It's hard to find high performance car low dust pads that fit something like this. OEM MB/Brembo brake pads generate so much dust I have even considered painting my wheels dark bronze to compensate for the copious amount of dust they generate to hide. After reading various forums with people recommending these pads, I decided to give it a try. They are also significantly cheaper than OEM at the dealer. I agree that brake dust accumulation has been greatly reduced. I've ridden 1200 miles since changing the pads/rotors last month and the wheels are definitely a lot cleaner than
